At Ken's Fitness and Nutrition Center, our goal is to help you accomplish your fitness and health goals. Through fitness classes and nutrition assistance, we help you look and feel better. We offer mobile personal trainer services as well as classes and programs at our location in Jacksonville, Florida.
In-Depth Personal Training
Work with our certified personal trainers to accomplish your fitness and weight loss goals. We offer several sessions at reasonable prices as well as mobile training for even more convenience. Our personal training rates are as follows:
$16 per 30 Minute Session for an Adult
$21 per 45 Minute Session for an Adult
$26 per 1 Hour Session for an Adult
$11 for one Youth 30 Minute Session Fitness Personal Training Session
$16 for one Youth 45 Minute Session
$21 for 1 Hour Youth Training Session
$7.50 for one Youth Buddy 30 Minute Training Session
Buddy Training for an Adult, $12.50 Each Person for 30 Minute Session
Mobile Training, $30 for 30 Minutes, $35 for 45 Minutes and $40 for an Hour (Prices May Vary on Distance)
FIT BODY CLASSES
For a more social experience, group classes are a great option. We offer a number of classes on a regular basis. One fit body class 17.50, In addition you can purchase 4 classes for $60 and 8 classes for $120. Call for specific specials FIT BODY Classes take place at the following times: (3 MINIMUM and 6 MAXIMUM Persons Per class)

Ken Fitness is creating a program called "S.T.O.P." stands for stop obesity plague that is affecting our children and adults of our society. The S.T.O.P program is also an acronym to stop the neglect to those that have physical disabilities. The program S.T.O.P encourages, teaches, physically trains, and demonstrates others how to make fitness and nutrition lifestyle. This program is designed also to uplift a person mentally by the changing his or her mindset. Let's transform the body and the mind.
Seminars are Avaiable
In addition to personal and group training, we offer several specialty training forms. Some of these programs include specific sports training programs, self-defense skills, circuit training, ab attack and glute management, and post-military training. The cost of these services depends on whether you sign up as an individual or in a group. We also offer physical therapy exercise in 30-minute sessions for $20.
Diet Plans and Specials
Take full advantage of all we offer with our diet plans and special combos. Our diet programs cost $50 for one week or $150 for a full month. Ask about our personal training sessions that cost as low as $15 per session. Purchase three sessions and get the fourth session for $10. Our training specials are as follows:
• $100 for 4 Personal Training Sessions and 8 Boot Camp Classes • $150 for 8 Personal Training Sessions and 8 Boot Camp Classes
We accept a variety of payment forms, including cash, checks, credit cards, and money orders. In addition, we're able to work out a payment plan with no extra fees. We do not require you to sign any contracts.
